Civility Saves Lives, self-care, and active listening, Tommy shares insights from his own experience as a carer for his mum, Joan. You will be encouraged to reflect on how you can make your workplaces and systems more compassionate by asking, “What works well?” and “What can we do differently in the future?”
Learning Objectives:
-Explain how key principles of person-centred care can strengthen compassion and human connection in healthcare settings.
-Reflect on and identify practical ways to apply these principles to improve workplace culture, relationships, and systems by exploring what works well and what can be done differently moving forward.
