CPXP Re-Exam Registration
The Certified Patient Experience Professional (CPXP) credential is earned by successfully completing and passing the CPXP certification examination.
This registration is intended for candidates who previously applied for and completed the CPXP examination but did not achieve a passing score and wish to retake the exam during the October 2026 testing window.
October 2026 CPXP Exam Timeline
- Re-examination registration deadline: August 21
- Exam scheduling: Meazure Learning will email approved candidates in September with exam scheduling instructions.
- Testing window: October 1-31, 2026
Before submitting your registration:
1. Review the CPXP Handbook
Review the current CPXP Handbook prior to submitting your re-examination registration.
2. Confirm Your Profile Information
Log in to your Beryl Institute profile and confirm that the following information is accurate:
- First and last name exactly as shown on your legal ID
- Current billing address
- Current email address
Submit Payment
- Re-examination fee: $325 USD
- Payment must be received by August 21, 2026
- Candidates will not be approved for exam scheduling until payment is received
- Select “Bill Me” at checkout to download your invoice
