PX Chat: Quietness of the Hospital Environment
Join The Beryl Institute community for an engaging PX Chat as we explore the impact of hospital quietness on patient experience. We will explore the impact of both daytime and nighttime noise on patients’ well- being and satisfaction with attention to the HCAHPS ‘Quiet at Night’. Breakout discussion groups will provide the opportunity for community members to share challenges, insights and successful practices from their own organizations.
