Fundamentals of Patient Experience: A Development Pathway for Experience Professionals
Delivered bilingually in both Arabic and English, this 16-hour virtual certificate program provides foundational knowledge in patient experience for healthcare professionals across the Middle East. Whether you're new to the field or strengthening your expertise, the course offers practical insights, a global learning community, and preparation for the Certified Patient Experience Professional (CPXP) designation. Taught by local PXU faculty, it contextualizes global principles to local practice.

Disclosure Agreement
You agree not to share, distribute, reproduce, or use any course materials, recordings, or proprietary content outside of your personal learning. All materials are provided for individual use only and remain the intellectual property of the program provider.
Attendance & Completion Requirements
To receive a certificate of completion for this program, participants are expected to attend all live sessions. If a session is missed, the recording will be made available, and the participant must view it in full to meet completion requirements. Participants will be eligible to receive 16 Patient Experience Continuing Education (PXE) credits after completing the program survey.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that situations may arise which require you to change your plans. To cancel and request a refund, you must email us at pxlearning@theberylinstitute.org at least 14 days before the course date. A $50 USD processing fee will be deducted from your refund. If you cancel less than 14 days before the course, we cannot offer a refund. However, you may receive a transfer credit for the full amount paid, which can be used toward a future course or another PXU program. You may transfer your registration to another person at no cost, as long as the request is made at least 2 days before the first session.
