Fundamentals of Patient Experience: A CPXP Preparation Program
This bilingual program is designed to support Arabic-speaking healthcare professionals and patient experience champions preparing for the CPXP exam.
Participants who complete the program will earn a Certificate in Fundamentals of Patient Experience: A CPXP Preparation Program from The Beryl Institute’s Patient Experience University.

Disclosure Agreement
Course materials, recordings, and other program content are provided for individual learning only. Participants may not share, distribute, reproduce, or use program materials outside of their personal participation in the course. All materials remain the intellectual property of the program provider.
Attendance & Completion Requirements
Participants are expected to attend all live sessions to receive a Certificate of Completion. If a session is missed, a recording will be provided. Participants must view the recording in full to meet completion requirements.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans may change. To cancel and request a refund, participants must email PXU@theberylinstitute.org at least 14 days before the course start date. A $50 USD processing fee will be deducted from the refund.
Cancellations made fewer than 14 days before the course are not eligible for a refund. However, participants will receive a transfer credit for the full amount paid, which may be applied toward a future course or another PXU program.
Registrations may also be transferred to another participant at no additional cost if requested at least 2 days before the first session.
